The simple answer to this question is yes. There are so many ways you can use these type of plates as a decorative item. You may have seen examples of this already or may have done them yourself already.

Wall - I once walked past a cafe and they had red bowl shaped plastic plates about four inches in diameter on the front of their shop. I did not notice this during the day but I certainly noticed it at night time. There were a lot of them and they were arranged in a swooping pattern. This may give you some ideas so that you can decorate a similar or even totally different wall in a similar or totally different way. Buy them wholesale to make it cheaper.

Face Painting - you may think that this is a strange option. If you are a face painter, you can use plates to hold the paint that you use. They are easy and light to carry and all the colors available can add to the fun element of your stall.

School Plays - I remember a few times at school when we had plays on. There were many times when some children ended up with the boring role of animals but this was saved by the fun had creating the face. This is where they come into the picture. The plastic plates can be used as animal faces and the eyes need to be cut out and the elastic put on. Plates can also be used as masks for other times.
